The Rhodes Group carries out site installation and contract maintenance works in the Power, Process, Environmental and Material Handling Industries and can undertake complete projects for all installation aspects, including site management.

The company undertakes one-off installation contracts for other major customers, often involving concentrated 'shut-down' aspects where major works have to be completed in a finite and restrictive period. It is therefore very experienced in critical path programming and planning able to offer both supervision and manpower to work around the clock on a continuous basis.

Site management is also provided to co-ordinate all activities, including site programmes, method statements, manpower histograms together with reports to main contractors/clients as required.

It can be seen from the foregoing that site management is considered an important aspect of any contract and Rhodes provides such management on all occasions. Where site operations are in conjunction with manufacture, then management assumes full responsibility for the scheduling of equipment to suit the installation programme.

• Detailing of customer's general arrangement drawings
• Preparation of material lists

Contracts are carried out both nationally and worldwide, often involving visits by Rhodes technical staff to assist with design and installation.
